Farm Dayz is a centre-based group program focused on building confidence, routine, and practical life skills through meaningful farm-based activities.
Participants engage in hands-on tasks such as animal care, gardening, paddock-to-plate cooking, and simple farm projects. Activities are structured yet flexible, supporting teamwork, responsibility, and transferable independent living skills.
Participation is tailored to individual needs, allowing participants to engage at their own pace.
This program supports NDIS goals related to social and community participation, daily living skills, and increased independence, and may be accessed using Core or Capacity Building supports depending on individual plans and goals.

Coffee, Cake, Craft & Chat is a low pressure, centre-based social programme designed to build informal social connections through shared interests. Participants can bring their own crafts or take part in group activities, with optional involvement in preparing and sharing the “cake of the week.” The environment is relaxed and supportive, making it suitable for participants who experience anxiety or social fatigue in more demanding group settings. This programme supports NDIS goals around social participation, confidence building, and independent living skills, and is well suited to Core or Capacity Building funding.

Out & About in Nature supports participants to access and enjoy local community and natural environments such as beaches, forests, parks, and outdoor recreation spaces. The programme includes supported outings, picnics, and barbecues, with a focus on building confidence, independence, and comfort participating in community activities. Engagement is flexible and responsive to individual needs. This programme aligns with NDIS goals related to community access, social participation, and wellbeing, and may be funded through Core or Capacity Building supports.

Games Night is an evening, on site group programme offering supported social participation through recreational activities. Participants can take part in board games, pool, darts, karaoke, and similar low pressure activities. Optional community based excursions such as bowling or lawn bowls may be offered. Light refreshments are provided. Games Night supports NDIS goals around social connection, confidence in group settings, and community participation, and is suitable for participants seeking relaxed, interest based social engagement.

Dinner Night is a supported community based programme focused on building confidence and independence while dining in local restaurants. Participants attend selected venues as a group, with support to navigate ordering, payment, and social interaction in real world settings. Participation in dining venues is a core component of the programme. This programme supports NDIS goals related to community access, social participation, and independent living skills, and is commonly accessed using Core or Capacity Building funding. Meal costs are participant out of pocket expenses

Camping for Independence is a structured, 12 week Capacity Building programme designed to increase independence, confidence, and practical life skills through supported outdoor experiences. Participants attend weekly sessions focused on planning, budgeting, meal preparation, safety, and emotional regulation, alongside three progressively scaffolded camping experiences. Each participant develops a personalised camping manual tailored to their individual needs and goals. The programme supports NDIS goals related to daily living skills, social participation, and reduced reliance on paid supports. Psychosocial skill components are delivered by ACA registered clinical counsellors within appropriate scope.

The Neurodiverse Social Group is a neuro affirming programme of support designed to build social confidence, connection, and belonging for neurodivergent participants. The group offers low pressure, interest based activities with multiple ways to participate, including solo, parallel, paired, small group, and whole group engagement. Communication is supported through varied methods, recognising that verbal communication is not the only valid form of participation. This programme supports NDIS goals related to social participation, self advocacy, and community connection, and is suitable for Core or Capacity Building funding.

Fishing & Outdoors is an interest based programme supporting social participation, wellbeing, and independence through outdoor activities. Participants engage in fishing related and outdoor experiences that allow for parallel and scaffolded social participation. Activities may include planning, equipment preparation, fishing, and food preparation, with optional excursions using insured third party providers. This programme aligns with NDIS goals around social participation, community access, and independent recreation, and is suitable for Core or Capacity Building funding.

Motorheads is a social participation programme built around shared interest in cars, mechanics, and motorsport. Participants engage in group discussions, basic car care activities, guest speaker sessions, and community outings such as car museums or motorsport events. Activities are interest led and designed to build confidence, connection, and independence. This programme supports NDIS goals related to social participation, skill development, and community engagement, and may be accessed using Core or Capacity Building supports.

Short Term Respite (STR) provides planned overnight respite supports, giving participants time away from their usual living arrangements while supporting wellbeing and continuity of care. STR may be delivered as individual or small group respite, on site at Free Rein Farm or off site in camp style respite settings, subject to risk assessment and participant matching. Supports reflect the participant’s usual level of need and focus on maintaining routines, safety, and positive experience. STR aligns with NDIS Short Term Respite guidelines and is accessed through Core funding, subject to individual plans and eligibility.
All programmes are delivered in line with individual participant goals, NDIS plans, and assessed support needs.
